So it Begins!- Intro and Brief Overview

Here is a brief post introducing the group I will be working with and a quick synopsis of the idea we have. I will talk about research ideas and areas we are looking at to start the project off.

For my third year project I plan to be working with:

Stephanie Joy - Pre & Post production
Greg Martin - Technical, VFX & Rigging
Nick Georgeou - Preproduction & Animation
Joseph Henson - Preproduction & Animation
David Fish - Environment Modelling & Lighting

I on this project will be working as Character, Environment Modeller/Texture Artist. I will be doing work as technical support as well as Shader writer for the characters also.

Story Synopsis:

Based in a magical world at the top of two neighbouring mountains where two wizards are fused in a never ending argument of who is the better magician.

The idea about these characters are that they are the complete opposite. The only thing that they have in common which is the fuel for their on going argument is that they both think they are the best wizard. The idea is to have one a handsome vein character, who loves everything about himself. He will have perfect hair, clothes, house and will move with pride.

However the other wizard will be complete opposite, he is ragged, scruffy, smelly, crude and cares not for hygiene. We plan to show this in the body proportions as well as they shape of head and clothes.

We also want to put them in little huts, again they will be complete opposites, one perfect built and well kept when the other is ruined and old.
